Karma Group is looking for a professional and service-oriented Security Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact at our office entrance, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while welcoming and assisting our guests in a polite and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and identify potential safety and security risks, as well as any undesirable conditions around the property.
• Welcome and assist guests in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests regarding the parking area.
• Assist guests with parking their vehicles when required.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including safety hazards, fire, medical emergencies, and threats to life or property.
• Conduct preliminary investigations into incidents when required.
• Prepare incident reports and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
• Maintain a professional and visible security presence at the office entrance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar security position.
• Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Good grooming and professional appearance.
• Friendly, polite, and service-oriented personality.
• Alert, responsible, and able to respond calmly in emergency situations.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
