Indian Cuisine Cook / Catering Chef

We are looking for an experienced and reliable cook to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

Preparing and cooking daily Indian cuisine buffet for approximately 250–300 people

Preparing a fresh salad bar daily

Preparing and cooking large catering orders for events

Planning weekly meals with a balanced nutritional value

Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness

Working efficiently in a busy, high-pressure environment

Working primarily morning shifts and being active and punctual

Driving between two work locations when required

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of professional cooking experience

Experience with Indian cuisine and large-volume cooking

Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Good organizational and time-management skills

Valid driving licence required

Flexibility to work between two locations
