Network Engineer

• Operate and monitor network infrastructure including cloud networking, firewalls, VPNs, and connectivity

services.

• Ensure network availability, performance, and capacity meet business and operational requirements.
• Perform network configuration, changes, and maintenance according to approved procedures.
• Respond to and resolve network-related incidents and alerts.
• Support firewall rule changes, VPN setup, and secure connectivity.
• Assist with network security controls, logging, and monitoring.
• Support network backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
• Collaborate with Cloud, Application, and Security teams to support system integration.
• Maintain network diagrams, configuration documentation, and operational runbooks.
• Support audits, compliance checks, and regulatory reviews as required.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in network engineering or IT infrastructure operations. Hands-on experience with network technologies such as routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs. Experience with cloud networking (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP is a plus). Basic understanding of network security concepts and controls. Experience supporting production or 24x7 environments is preferred. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills. Relevant network certifications (e.g. CCNA, CCNP) are a plus. Proficient in Thai and English at intermediate level or above, sufficient for technical discussions, meetings, and written documentation
