Job Responsibilities Chop, carve, and portion roasted meats accurately. Prepare orders according to operational requirements. Ensure food quality and presentation standards are maintained. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstation. Assist with daily kitchen operations. Requirements Experience as a roast meat carver is preferred. Good knife handling skills. Able to work efficiently during peak periods.
