KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing and selection
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Maintain recruitment records and job descriptions
- Support training programs: scheduling, attendance tracking and reporting
- Monitor training completion and effectiveness
Qualifications/Requirements:
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management, or equivalent
Preferred Education:
- With a master’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management, or equivalent
Required Experience:
- With at least 6 months or 1 year of HR or recruitment experience
Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to payroll, benefits, employee relations and training administration
Required Skills:
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Active listening & problem-solving
- Time Management & organization
- Basic knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and compliance Employee Relations
- Analytical & decision-making skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, QuickBooks, and databases
