Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary

Lead and manage company operations to drive strategic growth, optimize supply chain efficiency, and mentor teams while reporting operational and financial performance to company directors.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and resource allocation to achieve business growth objectives
• Manage supply chain, procurement, and vendor relationships to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to support scalable business development
• Mentor and manage team members to meet and exceed performance targets
• Report operational and financial performance insights directly to company directors

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of management experience, preferably in food resources or supply chain
• Proven leadership and strategic planning skills demonstrated through managing teams and business initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities applied to operational challenges
• Proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders
