Production Supervisor (Mandarin or English Speaking)

About the role You'll own production for one of Thailand's fastest-growing thermal materials operations. Our graphite film lines serve global consumer electronics customers, and we're actively expanding capacity. This is not a maintain-the-status-quo role — you'll have real authority to shape SOPs, drive yield improvements, develop your team, and influence the scale-up of new production lines.

What you'll do •Lead daily production operations across 2-shift graphite film production lines, managing a team of 20+ operators •Plan and control production schedules to meet on-time delivery commitments to consumer electronics customers •Drive yield, OEE, and scrap rate improvements through data analysis, root cause investigation, and Kaizen projects •Train, coach, and develop production team members; manage shift rosters and manpower allocation •Lead first article runs, process readiness, and ramp-up activities for new production line capacity •Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations •Enforce workplace safety, 5S, and lean manufacturing standards on the shop floor •Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field) 5-7 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing — must include proven direct line management of teams of 20+ operators Track record in continuous improvement, yield optimization, or production scale-up projects Good command of English — able to lead team meetings, communicate with international counterparts, and present production data to management Knowledge of production planning, ISO 9001, and lean manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, OEE, SPC)
