Transcription Reviewers – Multiple Languages

Accountabilities Review text transcripts to verify their accuracy, completeness, and linguistic quality.

Validate transcription outputs by identifying and correcting errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.

Perform annotation tasks according to project-specific guidelines and quality standards.

Follow established review procedures to ensure all deliverables meet accuracy and consistency requirements.

Complete assigned tasks independently while maintaining productivity and high-quality results.

Requirements

Native-level proficiency in one of the following languages: German, English (US), Spanish (US), Spanish (Latin America), Spanish (Spain), Catalan, French (France), Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Portuguese (Portugal), Romanian, Turkish, Dutch, Simplified Chinese, Hungarian, Indonesian, Norwegian, Russian, Swedish, Vietnamese, Danish, Czech, or Finnish.

Strong command of English for project communication and guideline comprehension.

Previous experience in transcription, transcription review, annotation, or similar linguistic projects is an advantage.

Excellent attention to detail with strong proofreading and language quality assessment skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while consistently meeting quality expectations.

Willingness to complete the required training and assessment before beginning production work.
