Accountabilities: Define and champion the product vision and strategy for Purple AI and next-generation agentic security capabilities, aligning product priorities with customer needs and business growth.

Own the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through 0-to-1 development, launch, iteration, and optimization.

Use product metrics, user research, market intelligence, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and build a customer-centric roadmap.

Architect product approaches for generative and agentic AI experiences, balancing technical complexity, usability, safety, quality, and business value.

Establish and refine online and offline evaluation metrics that measure AI quality and customer-perceived value, while developing strategies for sourcing and improving the data that powers models and pipelines.

Make informed product decisions in ambiguous or incomplete environments, clearly framing trade-offs, managing risk, and creating alignment across cross-functional teams.

Partner closely with engineering and technical teams to translate product strategy into scalable AI capabilities and ensure successful execution.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and documentation teams to develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and adoption strategies.

Maintain end-to-end ownership of strategic initiatives, ensuring teams remain aligned and products are delivered to a high standard.

Act as a senior product leader and trusted partner to executive stakeholders, communicating complex technical and strategic concepts clearly and persuasively.

Travel internationally or domestically up to approximately 15% to meet customers and collaborate with teams in person.

Requirements

8+ years of enterprise product management experience, with cybersecurity product experience strongly preferred.

5+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML products, including meaningful exposure to generative AI and agentic AI.

3+ years of experience launching 0-to-1 enterprise software products and taking products from concept through market delivery.

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, data science, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.

Strong technical understanding of AI/ML technologies, including generative AI, agentic systems, natural language processing (NLP), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, structure complex problems, evaluate trade-offs, and make sound decisions balancing technical feasibility, user experience, and commercial value.

Strong ownership mentality, with a track record of persistence, accountability, initiative, and delivering measurable outcomes.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence audiences ranging from technical teams to senior executives.

Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve product management workflows, accelerate decision-making, and increase the quality and efficiency of product development.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information into clear product priorities.

Experience establishing frameworks, metrics, and safeguards that promote AI accuracy, efficiency, maintainability, and responsible use.

Familiarity with cybersecurity, security operations, or enterprise security environments is preferred.

Experience in SaaS, technology, management consulting, investment banking, or similarly complex environments is a plus.

Experience working directly with customers, vendors, or external partners is advantageous.
