Senior Enterprise Account Executive
Accountabilities Own and manage a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, serving as the primary relationship manager throughout the customer lifecycle.
Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to generate pipeline, expand existing business, and achieve revenue goals.
Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, effectively communicating business value and long-term partnership opportunities.
Partner with solutions engineers, customer success, support, and other internal teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Lead consultative sales engagements from prospecting through contract negotiation and close while identifying expansion opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, revenue operations, product, and technical teams to align customer needs with available solutions.
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning while contributing to overall sales strategy and team success.
Travel as needed to support customer meetings, executive engagements, and business development activities.
Requirements
7+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota.
Demonstrated success selling complex SaaS or DevOps-related solutions to Fortune 500 or similarly large enterprise organizations.
Experience managing consultative sales cycles involving executive and C-level stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of enterprise account management strategies, including land-and-expand sales approaches.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand technical concepts and communicate their business value.
Experience with MEDDPIC sales methodology and emerging technology companies is considered an advantage.
Willingness to travel approximately 25%–50% as business needs require.

Salary range:
Zone 1: $269,400 – $370,480
Zone 2: $242,500 – $333,410
Zone 3: $229,000 – $314,930
Final compensation will depend on skills, experience, and geographic location.
