Accountabilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to secure design wins and drive adoption of motor technology within OEM HVAC product lines.

Build and maintain executive-level relationships with OEM decision-makers across engineering, product management, procurement, and other key functions.

Navigate complex buying processes, identify technical and commercial requirements, and position the technology as a preferred long-term partner solution.

Lead technical and commercial discussions with OEM engineering teams, demonstrating product value, performance advantages, integration feasibility, and business impact.

Develop multi-year account strategies aligned with OEM product roadmaps to generate recurring design-in and growth opportunities.

Manage relationships across OEM regional offices, engineering firms, sales representative organizations, MEP contractors, and other relevant stakeholders and influencers.

Enable sales representative organizations by helping their teams understand the value proposition of differentiated solutions and how they can support customer profitability.

Partner with Business Development teams to align OEM initiatives with end-user demand generation and collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to support downstream commercial success.

Monitor competitive developments, market trends, and OEM product strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and early engagement in new product development cycles.

Represent the organization at OEM-focused industry events, conferences, and technical forums to strengthen market positioning and develop strategic partnerships.

Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, pipeline reporting, design-in progress, and account performance information.

Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to develop customer-specific messaging, collateral, technical resources, and sales enablement materials.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in OEM sales management, business development, or a related commercial role within HVAC, energy efficiency, industrial technology, or a closely related industry.

Demonstrated success managing complex OEM ecosystems and influencing multiple stakeholders across engineering, product management, procurement, sales, contractors, and other industry participants.

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical contracting, facility operations, or related industrial applications is highly desirable.

Proven track record of driving rapid revenue growth for new products, emerging technologies, or new business initiatives within agile and dynamic environments.

Strong experience selling technically complex, high-value, premium products through consultative and strategic sales approaches.

Demonstrated ability to develop and manage 20+ customer accounts simultaneously while maintaining strong relationships and consistent execution.

Strong strategic thinking, account planning, opportunity development, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

Ability to understand complex technical products and translate their performance and business benefits into compelling customer value propositions.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging senior executives, engineers, procurement leaders, sales representatives, and other stakeholders.

Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, marketing, business development, sales, and operations teams.

Highly adaptable, commercially driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-growth environment where priorities and opportunities can evolve quickly.
