Requirements:
At least five years of active professional experience in human resources, with demonstrated expertise in a specific HR domain.
Current employment in an HR, People Operations, Payroll, or HR Systems role at a technology company, such as a software or SaaS business, internet company, hardware manufacturer, or semiconductor organization.

Practical experience using Workday HCM as an end user; configuration-only training does not meet this requirement.
A strong understanding of HR information, workplace policies, knowledge retrieval, and the importance of accurate, source-backed answers.
Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated content, identify information gaps, recognize conflicting sources, and distinguish retrieval problems from reasoning mistakes.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound professional judgment when reviewing AI outputs.
Ability to work independently, communicate findings clearly, and consistently apply evaluation criteria.
Experience managing or curating HR knowledge content, including policy pages, HR help-center articles, or FAQ libraries in platforms such as Confluence, ServiceNow Knowledge Base, Workday Help, or similar systems, is preferred.
Current hands-on HR practice is preferred over a consultant-only background.
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is an asset.
Relevant Workday Pro certifications are an advantage.
Candidates whose experience is limited to being a power user or administrator of only Sana or only Glean do not meet the stated platform-experience preference.
