Accountabilities: The role is responsible for leading functional delivery of digital manufacturing and Industrial AI initiatives, from early discovery through implementation and adoption. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and operational leaders to deliver solutions that improve manufacturing performance, reliability, and efficiency.

Own end-to-end functional delivery of digital manufacturing and Industrial AI workstreams, including use-case discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, validation, deployment, and adoption.

Translate plant-level operational challenges into functional requirements, solution concepts, and platform configurations for manufacturing technology initiatives.

Develop functional specifications, use-case definitions, asset hierarchies, and configuration documents while supporting implementation of plant-facing platforms.

Analyze manufacturing processes, asset lifecycle workflows, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and build value-driven transformation roadmaps.

Collaborate with data science, engineering, IT, and OT teams to define data requirements and integration points across systems such as historians, SCADA, MES, EAM/CMMS, and ERP platforms.

Validate analytics and AI outputs with business users, support functional testing, coordinate user acceptance testing, and ensure successful business sign-off.

Partner with plant operations, maintenance leaders, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to align solution decisions, deployment plans, and adoption strategies.

Support organizational change activities, including training, process updates, operating model alignment, and communication plans to enable successful adoption.

Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations while ensuring quality delivery across multiple workstreams.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong manufacturing operations expertise combined with consulting experience and hands-on knowledge of industrial technology platforms. They should be comfortable working with global stakeholders, managing complex transformation initiatives, and translating business needs into practical technology solutions.

6+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, industrial consulting, consumer goods, FMCG, chemicals, energy, automotive, or related industries, with a focus on manufacturing operations, reliability, maintenance, or plant digitalization.

4–5 years of hands-on functional experience implementing or improving plant-focused software solutions such as Asset Performance Management (APM), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES/MOM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM/CMMS), or industrial analytics platforms.

Experience leading or contributing to full-cycle deployments of manufacturing technology solutions for large-scale organizations.

Strong understanding of manufacturing and asset management principles, including asset hierarchies, criticality assessment, FMEA/RCM, maintenance strategies, OEE improvement, loss analysis, and shop-floor execution.

Knowledge of industrial platforms such as SAP PM/EAM, Maximo, GE APM, AVEVA, Siemens Opcenter, or equivalent Industrial AI and asset management solutions.

Ability to analyze operational processes and plant data to identify opportunities, create business cases, and track transformation value.

Experience collaborating with data science, engineering, IT-OT, and business teams in complex global environments.

Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with confidence engaging international clients.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and operate effectively in fast-changing environments.

Strong educational background from a reputed engineering or management institution.

Preferred qualifications include certifications such as CMRP, CRL, CSCP/CPIM, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing.

Additional experience with industrial data landscapes, historians, SCADA/OT systems, IIoT platforms, Industry 4.0 initiatives, SQL/Python for data validation, visualization tools, or AI/ML-enabled manufacturing use cases is an advantage.
