Analista de Sales Operations

Accountabilities Plan, organize, and deliver training programs for sales teams, adapting content to identified business and performance needs.

Analyze performance indicators to identify training gaps, development opportunities, and areas requiring additional support.

Monitor customer interactions and daily sales activities to ensure quality, process adherence, and effective execution.

Track sales performance and prepare clear reports and insights for leadership.

Partner with relevant teams to identify process improvements and opportunities for innovation.

Support coaching and development initiatives that help improve sales effectiveness and consistency.

Contribute to continuous improvement of sales operations, processes, and performance practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Finance, or a related field.

Previous experience in sales operations, sales, training, coaching, performance monitoring, or related activities.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret performance indicators.

Collaborative profile with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to organize multiple activities, identify priorities, and translate performance data into actionable improvements.

Experience with Power BI is a plus.

Experience working with CRM platforms is a plus.
