Job Summary
Join a well-established Architectural Consultant firm specializing in commercial and industrial projects. Lead design, project management, and construction processes to deliver successful architectural outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead construction project brief formulation, design conceptualization, and presentation to stakeholders
- Prepare and submit building plans and obtain Building Plan clearances in compliance with regulations
- Develop detailed architectural specifications and drawings to guide project execution
- Support the tender process by preparing documentation and coordinating submissions
- Manage contracts and oversee construction activities to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met
- Coordinate TOP (Temporary Occupation Permit) and CSC (Certificate of Statutory Completion) procedures, including project completion and handover
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
