Location: City Hall
Salary Range: $6,400 – $7,300 / month
Working Hour：Monday- Friday : 8:30am-5:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the M&E Manager in supervising the site M&E team (engineers and coordinators).
- Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings, RFIs, method statements, and technical submissions.
- Review M&E drawings against architectural and structural drawings to identify clashes, omissions, and technical discrepancies prior to site execution.
- Provide technical support to M&E Supervisors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Track and verify M&E work progress for monthly reports, progress claims, variation assessments, and material tracking.
- Develop Value Engineering cost-down proposals and assist with project scheduling using Microsoft Project.
- Guide junior engineers and coordinators to enhance technical capability and output quality.
