Job Title: Production Executive / Senior Production Executive (ID1775)
Location: Pioneer Kian Teck
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary: $4000 -$5000
Job Responsibilities:
Key Tasks
- Monitor department's achievement activity.
- Co-ordinate production activities with other departments.
- Plan 5S activities
- Ensure machinery, manpower and material availability.
- Control wastage
- Ensure proper processing of non-conforming materials.
- Ensure acceptable standard of housekeeping on the shopfloor.
- Ensure all documents and quality records are properly kept and maintained.
- Assist Production Manager in reviewing and improving the production process.
Other Tasks
- Motivate staff and promote their welfare.
- Collect and provide production datas for performance indicators.
- Improve the working environment.
- Liaise with maintenance officer regarding the schedule for calibration of tank and floor weighing scale.
- 5S
- Be a member of factory meeting.
