Job Description & Requirements

Carry out the supervision of BTO building works as stipulated in the Building Control Act

Ensure that proper processes and safe methods of construction are maintained by the main contractor

Co-ordinate and supervise the defects’ investigation and rectification Works

Organize and maintain proper site documentation and records

Able to perform Lead RTO role

Lead, manage and audit Supervision team

State expected salary

Requirements:

BCA-registered / NCCS / BCSS

Min 7 years’ experience in the supervision of C&S/Architectural/M&E works preferably in HDB BTO projects
