BIM Modeller (Senior)

Job Description & Requirements Coordinate and liaise directly with main contractors to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of issues Apply AutoCAD, Revit modeling skills to develop accurate architectural designs aligned with project requirements Coordinate structural (C&S) and mechanical & electrical (M&E) services to integrate multidisciplinary inputs effectively Utilize at least 5 years of experience working on local projects, preferably including HDB developments, to meet local standards and client expectations Manage project tasks efficiently to accommodate short notice start dates when required
