QC Technician (CMM Machine)

Job Responsibilities Responsible for quality assurance of incoming materials inspection.

Authorized to stop production or delivery if any nonconformance is observed during process/final inspection.

Perform final inspection and maintain product quality standards requested by the customer

Dispose of waste generated in a proper manner

Perform regular housekeeping to ensure a clean work area

Perform in-house calibration activities as per the calibration plan

Prepare QA reports for all outgoing products

Raise NCR reports for nonconforming products.

Requirements Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

Experience using Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) software.

Ability to analyse and interpret CMM measurement data.

Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.

Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments such as callipers, micrometres, profile projectors, and other inspection equipment.

Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Able to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks.
