Warehouse Keeper / Forklift Operator

Qualifications :

Ø  Minimum High School Certificate.

Ø  At least two years of experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory control, or electrical/solar product warehousing.

Ø  Forklift driving skills are mandatory.

Ø  Forklift certification is preferred.

Ø  Familiarity with warehouse operations, stock control, inventory management, and warehouse safety.

Ø  Detail-oriented and responsible.

Ø  Experience handling electrical, solar, energy storage, or electronic products is preferred.

Good English communication skills; Kiswahili is preferred. 

Key responsibilities :

·         Manage warehouse inventory including products, demo units, cabinets, spare parts, materials, and installation accessories. ·         Operate forklifts for loading, unloading, stacking, and organizing goods. ·         Perform receiving, dispatching, stock transfers, stock counts, and inventory recording. ·         Prepare materials for store construction, customer deliveries, after-sales service, and marketing activities. ·         Manage records of display systems, cabinets, promotional materials, and spare parts. ·         Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety. ·         Support local logistics, shipping, receiving, loading, unloading, and issue reporting. ·         Report stock levels, low inventory, and warehouse discrepancies to management and the Sales & Operations Assistant.
