HR Intern

Job Description :

• Assist in recruitment processes (CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate follow-up)
• Support HR Programs (training, employee engagement, etc)
• Maintain and update candidate and employee database

Requirement :

• Active undergraduate student or fresh graduate (preferably in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields)
• Strong interest ini Human Resources
• Good communication skills, detail-oriented, and administratively strong
• Able to work in independently as well as in a team
• Candidates based in Semarang
