Job Description
- Develop home renovation business and expand operational capacity.
- Support capacity planning and coordinate with frontline teams within assigned regions.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and franchise partners to drive business growth.
- Support company targets, operational performance, and market promotion activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in franchise management, channel operations, or home renovation industry operations.
- Familiar with home renovation business models and customer conversion processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to identify issues through operational data.
- Willing to travel and manage multiple regions.
- Strong execution skills and able to work under pressure.
