Assistant Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

• Support the Manager in coordinating and overseeing daily departmental operations.
• Assist with Mandarin translation and communication between management, team members, and relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with managerial-level stakeholders to support the smooth execution of departmental activities.
• Provide operational and administrative support to ensure effective team coordination.
• Act as a backup support for team members when needed.
• Prepare reports, handle administrative tasks, and perform other duties assigned by the Manager.
• Learn and develop professional expertise in the logistics industry.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Fluent in Mandarin, minimum HSK Level 5 or above.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, coordination, and logical thinking skills.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to be placed in Cilincing.
• Proactive, responsible, eager to learn, and willing to grow into a professional career in the logistics industry.
