• Role Objective: Lead the end-to-end delivery of a strategic SAP Portal project integrated across core SAP insurance, finance, and analytics modules. Act as the central liaison between business stakeholders, enterprise architects, technical teams, and external system integrators.
• Project Leadership & Governance: Establish project scope, governance, baselines, and cross-workstream dependencies while enforcing change and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate decision workshops with insurance department leads, resolve operational conflicts, and secure timely sign-offs.
• SAP Core Delivery & Integration: Oversee technical integration across:
• Insurance & Data: SAP FS-PM, FS-CM, FS-CD, msg.PM, Business Partner, MDG
• Platform & Analytics: SAP S/4HANA, BTP, BW / Datasphere / SAC
• Vendor Oversight: Manage external system integrators and contractual commitments.
• Risk, Finance & Quality: Maintain RAID logs, manage €1M+ enterprise budgets, and oversee testing phases (SIT, UAT, Performance, Cutover).
• Change & Go-Live Adoption: Coordinate training, business readiness, and transition plans to drive successful go-live adoption and benefit realization.

Qualifications & Competencies Summary

• Mandatory Criteria:
• PM Experience: 4+ years in IT project management, including 2+ years leading SAP delivery.
• Insurance Domain: Direct background in SAP insurance transformation projects.
• Budget & Vendors: Proven management of €1M+ budgets and direction of external system integrators.
• Preferred Technical Skills:
• Domain Niche: Experience in Export Credit or Reinsurance.
• SAP Modules & Platform: SAP Portal, FS-PM, msg.PM, FS-CM, FS-CD, S/4HANA, BTP, ABAP, MDG, and Solution Manager / Cloud ALM.
• Tools & Analytics: Power BI, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Project Online / Planner.
• Leadership Competencies: Executive stakeholder negotiation, decision-making under pressure, conflict resolution, strategic planning, and results-driven execution.
