Legal Counsel

Our client, a growing casino games provider, is looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join their team and support the business across a broad range of legal, commercial, and regulatory matters. This is a remote role open to candidates based across Europe , working on a contractor basis. Candidates based in Cyprus may be employed directly by the company. What You'll Do Provide day-to-day legal support to the business across commercial, corporate, regulatory, and operational matters.

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including B2B customer agreements, supplier agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements, and other industry-related contracts.

Support contract negotiations with online casino operators, aggregators, platform providers, and other partners within the iGaming ecosystem.

Advise the business on legal and regulatory matters relevant to the online gambling and casino games industry .

Monitor regulatory developments across relevant jurisdictions and assess their potential impact on the business.

Work closely with Compliance, Commercial, Finance, Product, and senior management teams on legal matters.

Support corporate governance and general company legal requirements.

Assist with intellectual property, data protection, and other legal matters relevant to a casino games provider.

Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory advisors when required.

Identify legal and contractual risks and provide practical, commercially focused advice to the business.

What We're Looking For Qualified lawyer with relevant professional legal experience.

At least 2 years, ideally 5+ years of legal experience with a B2B Game Provider

Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.

Experience with operator and aggregator agreements, content licensing, intellectual property, and restricted territories.

Familiarity with MGA and other regulated markets

Good understanding of the legal and regulatory environment surrounding online gambling.

Ability to work independently and manage a broad range of legal matters within an international business.

Commercial mindset with the ability to provide practical solutions rather than purely theoretical legal advice.

Excellent written and spoken English is essential.

At least a good understanding of the Russian language is required.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable working remotely within an international and fast-moving environment.
