HUMAN RESOURCE SUPERVISOR

About the Role We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Supervisor to oversee daily human resources operations and support the company’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience across multiple HR functions, and the ability to build a positive and compliant workplace.

Qualifications/Requirements: Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. At least 5 years of progressive HR experience Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HRIS is an advantage. Experience in a technology, sales, distribution, or office solutions company is an advantage.
