Job Title

PMO Assistant / Project Management Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  1. Project Progress Follow-up : Assist the PMO lead in tracking the progress of company R&D and business projects. Collect weekly and monthly project reports, sort out project progress, risks and issues, ensure projects advance as planned, and timely synchronize information about delays and bottlenecks.
  2. Process & System Implementation : Assist in maintaining project management procedures and R&D iteration workflows, supervise the implementation of standardized processes, summarize problems in process execution, and promote standardized and normalized project management.
  3. Meeting Organization & Minutes Taking : Be responsible for the organization, invitation and pre-meeting preparation of project regular meetings, review meetings and retrospective meetings. Independently complete meeting minutes, sort out to-do items, track task implementation, and ensure full closure of all deliverables.
  4. Project Document & Asset Management : Manage the filing, version control and sorting of project documents (including requirement documents, technical solutions, scheduling plans, retrospective reports, etc.), maintain the project asset library, and ensure complete and traceable project materials.
  5. Data Statistics & Reporting : Regularly analyze project delivery data, iteration data, working hours and issue data, produce project dashboards and statistical reports, and support monthly and quarterly project reviews and management decision-making.
  6. Cross-departmental Collaboration : Coordinate with product, R&D, testing, operation and other teams, follow up task advancement, resolve collaboration issues and align resource arrangements to ensure smooth cross-team cooperation.
  7. Support daily PMO operations including project retrospectives, process optimization, project quality control and milestone acceptance.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Candidates with less than 1 year of relevant experience are acceptable. Majors in Project Management, Business Administration and Computer Science are preferred.
  2. Logical, meticulous and stable. Possess solid capabilities in data sorting, document writing and project progress tracking.
  3. Proficient in Office tools (Excel functions, PPT, Word), skilled in data statistics, report production and account ledger management.
  4. Good communication, coordination, execution and pressure resistance. Capable of cross-departmental docking and full-process task follow-up.
  5. Familiar with Internet project workflows and agile development iterations; experience with Jira, Lark Project or Trello is a plus.
  6. Proactive, self-motivated and well-organized with a strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented mindset.
