Landscape technician (Float Team)

We are looking for a flexible and motivated Landscape Technician to join our float team. In this role, you will visit various client sites daily to perform landscape maintenance and outdoor/indoor groundskeeping tasks. Whether you have prior experience or are new to the industry, we welcome your application. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple sites and develop your skills in landscape maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging Assist with planting, fertilizing, and weed control Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment Support indoor and outdoor groundskeeping tasks as needed Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all sites Adapt to different site requirements and work environments Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:

Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions Physically capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and adaptable Strong work ethic and willingness to learn No prior experience required; training will be provided What We Offer:
