Senior Strategic Planner

Who We Want: We are seeking a highly experienced and insightful Senior Strategic Planner to join our team and lead the strategic direction of a critical communication project. This individual will be a visionary thinker with a minimum of 5 years of experience developing and implementing successful communication strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to understand the communication landscape.
• Develop a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with the project's overall goals and objectives.
• Define target audiences and craft compelling messaging that resonates with each segment.
• Identify the most effective communication channels and tactics to reach target audiences.
• Discuss to the creative lead & creative team based on the strategic plan.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of the communication strategy and make adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless integration of strategy and execution.
• Stay current on communication trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Strategic Planner or a related role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies that achieve measurable results.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and communication theory.
• Expertise in market research methodologies, data analysis, and competitor analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in communication research and analytics tools.

Bonus Points: Experience in the government and political communication project.
