INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) SPECIALIST

Provides technical support and assistance to employees regarding hardware, software, and other IT-related concerns. Troubleshoots and resolves basic computer, network, printer, and peripheral issues. Performs installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of IT equipment and systems. Assists in maintaining IT assets, equipment, and related documentation. Coordinates with the IT team in addressing technical issues and ensuring timely resolution. Performs other IT-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree holder in Information Technology or a related field.
 2. With at least 1–2 years of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
