CRM Operation

1. Responsible for day-to-day support of internal stakeholders (users) of Salesforce CRM software, from assisting with system usage issues to ensuring efficient usage of the platform.
2. Responsible for communicating with internal stakeholders: preparing training materials and reference documentation; guiding stakeholders on adoption and usage of new features; collecting business requirements and converting them into product requirements.
3. Responsible for data management and analysis, including but not limited to maintaining the accuracy of sales data and creating sales performance dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.
4. Responsible for following up on project progress and being able to complete project delivery on time.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any fields. 1-2 years of experience in a data analyst role, or with comparable experience maintaining data structures and creating dashboards. Strong customer - facing communication skills, able to maintain good customer relationships Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills Good command of English report to Singaporean and Asian team. Remote working and work from home Background in Salesforce will be advantage and welcome any skill from ERP. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
