Required competences:

  • Back-end programming
  • .NET, SQL: Highly experienced
  • Azure Services: Highly experienced
  • Advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks: AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS: Proficient experience
  • Web and mobile development experience
  • Server-side languages: C#, VB
  • Cloud message APIs and ESB, Queues: Working experience
  • Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git
  • Working with graphic designers and converting designs into visual elements.
  • Understand and implement security and data protection

Preferred knowledge & competences:

  • SOA, Microservices architecture
  • Experience in Shipping/Logistics and /or Insurance domain would be ideal. Currently we are seeking a .Net Full Stack Engineer with good problem-solving abilities, critical thinking skills, good verbal English communication skills, who can think outside the box and has a wide interest in the latest software development technologies.

The candidate will steer and collaborate with a small outsourced Engineering team on distance to design and launch new features. InsureMyTrans (IMT) is an InsurTech company fully focused on developing and manage SaaS- and API-solutions for the Marine Insurance & Logistics industry. To enhance cooperation within the Marine Cargo Insurance Value Chain and enable cross-sectoral collaboration, digitalization and data driven efficiency, we developed the InsureMyTrans API-functionalities. By integrating our APIs in any:

  • Freight Marketplace
  • Digital Freight Forwarders solution
  • E-commerce platform
  • Supply Chain/Transport Management System (TMS) solutions

we connect its users to an automated and intelligent Insurance Underwriting and Distribution platform, giving them direct insights into the Cargo/Transport Insurance quotation for any cargo shipment booked. From here the Cargo Insurance product can be booked, paid and the certificates with other documentation obtained, as well as start a First Notice of Loss (FNOL) and automate the claims process.
