City Business Lead – Field Sales & Operations

We are building one of India’s largest commercial video data collection networks and looking for highly driven field operators who can build teams, close business deals, and drive on-ground operations.
This is not a desk job. This role is for hustlers who can operate independently, unlock locations, manage people, and deliver results.
What You’ll Do
Visit factories, shops, workshops, kitchens, warehouses, garages, and other commercial businesses
Convince business owners to allow commercial video data collection
Build relationships and close partnerships
Hire and manage Field Officers (FOs) and Data Collectors (DCs)
Ensure daily recordings happen smoothly at business locations
Drive collection targets, team productivity, and output quality
Expand into new categories and new areas
