Medical Audit Specialist – Pharmacy Compliance (Pharma/Medical Background Required)

Innovaxcess is hiring a Medical Audit Specialist to audit pharmacies for compliance with AstraZeneca's medication dispensing procedures, and to support internal audits within Innovaxcess. This is a healthcare compliance role, not a financial/accounting audit position — a medical, pharmacy, or science background is required. Key Responsibilities Audit pharmacies across Giza to verify correct dispensing, storage, and documentation of AstraZeneca medications.

Identify and document non-conformances; write clear, professional audit reports.

Conduct internal audits within Innovaxcess.

Communicate findings professionally to pharmacies and management.

Split time between field visits (Giza) and office work (Nasr City).

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related Science field (required).

Strong English, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

High integrity and professional communication skills.

Comfortable with a hybrid schedule combining field audits and office-based work.

Flexible with Audit visits across Giza.
