Chef de Partie

Location: Zuni Restaurant, Kilkenny Hours: 39 hours per week

Zuni Restaurant in Kilkenny is hiring a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team. This role is perfect for a passionate professional eager to contribute to exceptional dining experiences. We can offer accommodation if required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
• Ensure all dishes meet quality and food safety standards while minimising waste.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Collaborate effectively with the team for smooth, timely service.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Proficiency in cooking techniques and working under pressure.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Applicants must be legally entitled to work within Ireland and the EU.
• Culinary training or certifications (preferred but not essential).
