Senior Auto Finance Sales Officer – Outdoor

The Senior Auto Finance Sales Officer is responsible for guiding customers through auto financing options and facilitating the loan application process. This role involves driving sales through both direct channels (using personal networks) and indirect channels (via showrooms), ensuring a seamless auto finance experience.

Key Responsibilities: Promote auto financing products through both direct sales (leveraging personal networks) and indirect sales (through showrooms).

Engage with customers in various settings to provide detailed information on financing options, interest rates, and loan terms.

Assist customers with the finance application process, including gathering required documentation.

Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients

Achieve individual monthly auto finance targets.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly auto finance targets.

Stay informed about auto finance products, regulatory changes, and industry trends.

Adhere to our internal policies and maintain a thorough understanding of all financing programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of auto financing products.

Proven experience in auto sales, finance sales, or customer service.

Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.

Experience with direct sales through personal networks and indirect sales via showrooms.

Desired Experience (years): Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Auto finance sales.

Additional Notes: The candidate must have a car, as outdoor sales logistics will require personal transportation.
