Senior Project Leader Test Technology Innovation

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Support Test Technology Development Teams to manage Final Test Manufacturing , Technology Enablement , and Change Management Projects .
• Drive alignment of project requirements across various stakeholders, including Business Units , Package Development Teams , Production Sites , and Central Functions .
• Own end-to-end project execution and lead a multidisciplinary team from project inception through successful completion, ensuring progress reporting , risk management , and proper documentation .
• Coordinate and support manufacturing readiness , technology transfer , and change implementation activities across global operations.
• Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration to achieve project milestones and business objectives.

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in a High-Tech Manufacturing or Semiconductor Manufacturing Environment .
• Strong interest in Project Management , Program Coordination , and Stakeholder Management .
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal , communication , and influencing skills .
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment .
