About the role

Qualifications/Requirements: Trade qualification in Automotive Refinishing Technology or equivalent an advantage Strong experience in spray painting, color matching, prep work, and surface finishing Ability to work with a variety of coatings including automotive enamels, 2-pack, primers, and protective coatings Experience applying vinyl decals, reflective striping, safety labels, and vehicle graphics Knowledge of surface preparation for steel, aluminum, and fabricated assemblies High attention to detail with a strong focus on finish quality and consistency Strong understanding of workshop safety and hazardous materials handling
