Family Office and Fund Services Intern
Job Summary We are looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Family Office Fund Services Intern. This internship supports the team’s ongoing migration project, including data extraction, data preparation, document management, file administration, and email archival activities. The role offers hands-on exposure to data organisation, migration support, documentation control, and operational administration within a professional services environment. This role sits within the Family Office Fund Services department. Key Responsibilities Assist with data extraction from various systems to support the team’s migration project.
Compile, prepare, and input migration-related information into Excel spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
Support document management activities, including organising folders and maintaining structured records.
Transfer files to the appropriate shared drives and assist the migration team with file administration tasks.
Assist with email archival exercises, including organising and maintaining email records in the appropriate Outlook folders.
Ensure documents, files, and email records are properly maintained to support documentation accuracy and accessibility.
Skills & Requirements Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to handle data, documents, and records accurately.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, folder structures, shared drives, and digital filing processes.
Good communication skills and able to coordinate with internal team members to complete assigned tasks.
Able to commit to the internship period required by the department.
