The Role We are seeking a motivated professional to join our Restructuring & Insolvency team. This role offers exposure to a broad range of restructuring, insolvency and advisory engagements involving businesses across different industries and circumstances. You will work closely with senior team members on engagements that require financial analysis, investigation, stakeholder management and an understanding of the commercial and financial issues facing distressed businesses. The role provides an opportunity to develop both technical and advisory skills while gaining practical experience in complex and often time-sensitive situations. Your responsibilities will include: Managing day-to-day matters on restructuring and insolvency engagements under the guidance of senior team members.

Analysing financial information and the financial position of companies, including preparing financial models where required.

Reconstructing and reviewing accounting records, including where information may be incomplete or complex.

Performing investigative and analytical work to identify transactions, trace assets and support potential recoveries for insolvent estates.

Liaising with directors, creditors, stakeholders, clients and other professional advisers.

Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations and other engagement-related documentation.

Participating in client and stakeholder meetings and assisting with follow-up actions arising from these discussions.

Attending to statutory, regulatory and compliance requirements in relation to insolvency appointments.

Supporting senior team members on other restructuring, insolvency and advisory matters as required.

Job Requirements: We are looking for candidates with: A degree in Accountancy, or other professional accounting qualifications recognised by ISCA

Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in insolvency/ restructuring and/or external audit. Candidates with a lesser number of years of experience may be considered for an Associate-level role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail.

The ability to interpret financial information and identify key issues.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Good interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage with clients, stakeholders and professional advisers.

A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
