Operations Intern - Product Support & Services

Responsibilities Manage the setup and ongoing maintenance of unit trusts, bonds, ETFs, and stocks. Liaise directly with internal and external parties to ensure the smooth distribution of our financial products. Process critical corporate action events and draft official correspondence to our end clients and business partners for Unit Trusts. Drive daily price administration and ensure flawless data exchange with media publishers and partners. Act as the first line of support for backroom inquiries from internal stakeholders regarding product setups. Provide general administration and operational support, stepping up for ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Team Lead. Requirements Knowledge of MS Word and Excel is a must Detailed, meticulous and able to work well in a fast pace environment Ability to collaborate with cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve tasks under tight schedule Strong sense of responsibility with strong analytical and organisational skills Able to commit for a period of 6 months
