Workplace Safety and Health Coordinator - Terminal 1

Job Summary

You will lead site safety efforts by conducting inspections, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing safety documentation, and driving corrective actions to maintain a safe work environment on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site safety inspections to identify hazards and mitigate risks on construction sites
• Ensure strict compliance with Singapore WSH Act, regulations, and site safety requirements to uphold workplace safety standards
• Lead toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and inductions to communicate safety protocols and foster a safety culture
• Prepare, maintain, and manage risk assessments (RA), safe work procedures (SWP), permits to work (PTW), and other safety documentation accurately
• Report safety incidents promptly and coordinate follow-up on corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence

Requirements

• Valid WSH Coordinator qualification/certification recognized in Singapore
• Proven WSH/site safety experience, preferably in construction projects
• Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH Act, regulations, and safety procedures
• Ability to prepare and manage RA, SWP, PTW, and safety documentation
• Effective communication, coordination, and reporting skills to support safety management
