Project Manager (Events)

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Event/Project Manager or Event Producer with a strong background in brand activation and concert production. The ideal candidate is creative, operationally skilled, and deeply knowledgeable about Singapore’s music and lifestyle scene. You’ll lead end-to-end event execution, ensuring impactful and seamless experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Management: Plan and execute brand activations and concerts, aligning with client objectives and local audience preferences.
• Creative Programming: Curate music and lifestyle content that reflects current trends and resonates with Singapore’s audience.
• Production & Operations: Manage all aspects of event production, including design, logistics, and on-ground execution.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet goals and ensure successful outcomes.
• Team Leadership: Guide and support junior team members, fostering a strong collaborative environment.
• Budget & Compliance: Oversee budgets, monitor costs, and ensure compliance with regulations and licensing requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in event management, brand activation, or concert production.
• Strong understanding of Singapore’s music, culture, and lifestyle scene.
• Excellent production and operational planning skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
