Job Title: Team Leader Responsibilities

Organize and supervise work on site; Coordinate teams and subcontractors; Ensure tasks are completed within deadlines and quality standards; Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on site; Report work progress to the Site Management.

Minimum Requirements Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Foreman in civil construction; Good knowledge of reading plans and markings; Leadership, organizational, and planning skills; Sense of responsibility and focus on results; Advanced level of English.
