SENIOR SERVICE ENGINEER

The duties of the Employee shall include the following: a.            Delivering services for Warranty/Non-warranty to customers effectively and on time. b.            Responsible for repair, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting for machines. c.             Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. d. Coordinate between factories/external suppliers and customers/dealers to deliver on-site consulting, debugging, and technical assistance. e.            Preparation of service and maintenance schedules and execution of the same with coordination with factories and customers/dealers f.            Coordinate enquiries, quotations, and deliveries of spare parts g.            Updating and maintaining records of machine history and warranty h.            Providing clear customer feedback and support for new product developments i.             Report weekly/monthly on the above tasks to the Service Manager j.            Any other duties assigned from time to time
