Position Overview

 The successful candidate will ensure uninterrupted availability of raw materials, packaging materials, farm

inputs, and operational supplies while optimizing costs, improving efficiency, and supporting

business growth.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and implement supply chain strategies.

 Coordinate procurement activities.

 Manage supplier relationships and negotiations.

 Monitor inventory levels and stock availability.

 Oversee warehousing and inventory controls.

 Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics.

 Prepare procurement plans and forecasts.

 Evaluate supplier performance.

 Ensure timely procurement of goods and services.

 Monitor inventory turnover and stock optimization.

 Ensure compliance with procurement policies.

 Prepare supply chain performance reports.

 Collaborate with finance, production, and sales teams.

 Identify supply chain improvement opportunities.

 Manage departmental budgets and resources.

 Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

 Bachelor's Supply Chain Management.

 CIPS Qualification Advantage.

 Three Years Relevant Experience.

 FMCG Industry Experience.

 Procurement Management Skills.

 Inventory Management Knowledge.

 Logistics Coordination Skills.

 Supplier Management Experience.• ERP Systems Knowledge.

 Microsoft Excel Proficiency.
