Position Overview

The successful candidate will provide first-line technical support, maintain computer systems

and networks, assist in system administration, and ensure reliable ICT services that support

efficient business operations across offices, farms, processing plants, and distribution

centers.

Key Responsibilities

 Provide first-line ICT support to users.

 Install and configure computer hardware and software.

 Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

 Maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices.

 Support network administration and internet connectivity.

 Install system updates and security patches.

 Manage user accounts and access permissions.

 Perform routine data backup and recovery procedures.

 Monitor ICT equipment performance and maintenance schedules.

 Support CCTV, biometric, and communication systems.

 Maintain ICT inventory and asset registers.

 Assist in website and email administration.

 Train users on ICT systems and applications.

 Maintain ICT documentation and user manuals.

 Ensure compliance with ICT policies and cybersecurity standards.

 Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

 Bachelor's Degree Information Technology.

 Computer Science Qualification Accepted.

 Two Years ICT Experience.

 Hardware Troubleshooting Skills.

 Network Administration Knowledge.

 Microsoft Office Expertise.

 Windows Systems Knowledge.

 Basic Cybersecurity Knowledge.• Database Knowledge Advantage.

 ERP Systems Exposure.

 Good Communication Skills.

 Customer Service Orientation.
