Quantity Surveyor (Electrical / Contractual) | Woodlands | Up $6K

Are you a detail-driven professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for construction? We’re looking for a  Quantity Surveyor ! This is your opportunity to play a key role in shaping high-impact projects while ensuring cost efficiency and quality delivery. 💡  What You’ll Be Doing Prepare  accurate cost estimates  for M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).

Support  project costing  and  budget planning  from start to finish.

Assist in  tender preparation  and evaluation for M&E works.

Work closely with project teams to identify  cost-saving opportunities .

Conduct  site measurements  and manage interim valuations.

Evaluate  variations and change orders , providing cost analysis and justifications.

Support contract management for all M&E-related work.

Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to align costs with project goals.

Identify and mitigate  project risks  associated with M&E works.

✅  What We’re Looking For Degree/Diploma in  Quantity Surveying ,  Construction Management ,  M&E Engineering , or equivalent.

Minimum  3 years of relevant experience  in the construction industry (M&E experience is a strong plus!).

Skilled in  cost estimation  and analysis.

Strong attention to detail with  excellent analytical skills .

Team player with solid  communication and interpersonal abilities .

Self-motivated, able to work both independently and collaboratively.
