Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily recycling and field operations.

Coordinate the collection, sorting, processing, and transportation of recyclable materials.

Lead field teams and monitor productivity and compliance.

Conduct site visits and resolve operational issues.

Monitor vehicles, equipment, and maintenance schedules.

Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.

Coordinate with buyers, vendors, transport partners, and internal teams.

Ensure compliance with HSE and company standards.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Management, Environmental Science, Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations, recycling, waste management, logistics, environmental services, or related field operations.

Experience supervising field teams is an advantage.

Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Good reporting and documentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Knowledge of HSE practices is an added advantage.

Must be physically fit and willing to conduct regular field visits.
